I like the fact that it's cross platform and will automatically download the appropriate PC, Mac or Linux version based on the machine it detects on the web interface. The unattended log in works quite easily once you've installed it on each machine you need access to. It's far from perfect, but serves my needs just fine. I've been using SimpleHelp ever since LogMeIn free died. I guess it's possible it'll be a separate Upgrade which you'd have to pay for, but I'm really not sure yet. Even if you don't have a TechSuite subscription, we may bake it into the Monitoring Upgrade at no additional fee. If you have a TechSuite subscription already, it's likely that it will come at no additional charge. Regarding pricing, we're not far enough on it yet to know how it'll be priced.
